Terms of sale - The cottage
1. Length of stay
The tenant signing this contract for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy at the end of the stay.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the lease and a copy of the signed contract before the date indicated on the front.
The lease agreement between the parties to this action shall in no way benefit even partially to third persons or entities, without the written consent of the owner.
Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in immediate termination of the lease to the tenant's fault, the proceeds of the lease remain permanently with the owner
3. Cancellation by the tenant
All cancellations must be notified by mail to the owner.
A. Cancellation before arrival at the scene
The deposit remains with the owner. This one may apply the remaining amount of the stay if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours after the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can have its heel. The deposit is also the owner who asked for the balance of the rent.
B. If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains the owner. It will be no refund.
4. Cancellation by the owner
The landlord pays the tenant the full amount paid, and compensation equal to that which the tenant would have paid if the cancellation was because of his on that date.
5. Arrival
The tenant must report on the day specified in the time mentioned in the contract. In case of late or delayed arrival , the tenant must notify the owner.
6. Payment of the balance
The balance of the rent is paid for entry into the premises.
State of Play:
A list is drawn up and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure of the house. This inventory is the only reference in case of any dispute regarding the inventory.
The cleanliness of the lodging on arrival of the tenant will be found in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure. The amount of any cleaning fee is based on the calculation mentioned in the section rates.
7. Deposit or bond
On the arrival of the tenant, security deposit of the amount indicated on the face of the contract is requested by the owner. After the establishment of the contradictory state of affairs output, the deposit is refunded less the cost of rehabilitation of places if damage is discovered or if cleaning is necessary.
In case of early departure (before the time stated on the contract) the establishment of the inventory on the day of departure of the tenant, the deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding one week.
8. Use of the premises
The tenant will ensure the peaceful character of the location and use in the designated places. It is not allowed to camp in the park or to dry the clothes outside.
9. Capacity
The contract is for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse extra guests. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the client.
10. Animals
The contract shall specify if the tenant stays in the company of a pet. In case of non compliance with this clause by the tenant, the landlord may require the payment of supplements
11. Insurance
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him. It is required to be insured by an insurance type resort for these risks.
12. Payment of charges
At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay to the owner, the charges which are not included in the price.
The amount is established on the basis of calculation mentioned in the contract and in the description and invoice is submitted by the owner.

The best reception will be reserved for our guests with all the attention desirable to facilitate their stay and the knowledge of the region.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The reservation becomes effective when the client has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total price of the room with a minimum of one night per room booked and a copy of the signed contract before the date indicated on the front. Prices are inclusive of all taxes, excluding tourist tax.
3. Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be notified by mail addressed to the owner at the following address: resa@lesetangsdelabussiere.fr
- Cancellation before arrival: If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before arrival, the deposit remains with the owner. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival, the deposit remains with the owner and he reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
- If the customer does not contact the owner before 18 hours on the day of arrival this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of its guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
- In case of shortened stay, the price for the cost of the accommodation is entirely due to the owner.
4. Cancellation by the owner
If before the arrival date, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by mail. The customer will be immediately refunded payments. He will also receive an allowance equal to the penalty he would have paid if the cancellation was because of his on that date.
5. Arrival
The client must arrive the exact date and time stated on this contract. In case of late arrival, the customer must notify the owner
6. Payment of the balance
The balance is payable on arrival at the owner. Any additional services not listed in this contract are to be paid at the end of stay to the owner.
7. Tourist tax
The tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the landlord who then pays the treasury
8. Use of the premises
The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use for its intended purpose. It is committed to making the rooms in good condition.
9. Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal can never be considered a modification or a breach of contract by the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers than those refused, no refund can be considered.
10. Animals
This contract specifies whether the client may or may not stay in the company of a pet. In case of non compliance with this clause by the customer, the owner can refuse pets. This refusal can not be in any way considered a modification or termination of contract by the owner, so that in case of client's departure, no refund can be considered.
